Rules for responsible use of CloudMagix AI, automation, CRM and communication tools.

1. Lawful Use

Use CloudMagix only for lawful business activities and in accordance with applicable laws and third-party platform rules.

2. Prohibited Activities

• Fraud, scams, impersonation or deception
• Spam or unlawful bulk messaging
• Phishing, malware or system compromise
• Harassment or abusive communications
• Illegal goods, services or activities
• Unauthorised collection or misuse of personal data
• Bypassing security or access controls

3. Messaging Responsibility

You are responsible for appropriate consent and permissions for marketing messages and customer communications. WhatsApp, email and SMS channels may impose additional requirements.

4. Enforcement

CloudMagix may restrict, suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, the platform or compliance obligations.
